• How are your services priced?

We generally bid based on the scope and nature of the project. If the project takes longer than we anticipated we absorb the cost. We have found that clients like this process better because it is easier for them to budget. Some clients do like to have an accounting of the amount of time spent on a project and when that is requested our hourly rate is $60 an hour with a one hour minimum and figured to the closest quarter hour.

• What if my business is not located in Morgan County?

As you can see we work with clients from many different areas. With the ability to communicate through e mail, fax, telephone, and Skype it is fairly easy to assist a client wherever they are located. When necessary we can use an associate located closer to you for those face to face discussions or we will travel from our office at no extra charge. That was part of our decision to work in more rural areas. We can provide the service in areas that larger companies might not want to deal with.

• What hours are you open?

I don’t have regular office hours as I work out of my home. Contact me and we can set up an appointment to discuss your needs further.
