Cathy Shull, through Sage Strategies, feels it is important to be involved in the community, region and state. This can be through investments, information sharing, supporting other entrepreneurs or volunteerism. We currently belong to the Fort Morgan Area Chamber of Commerce, Progressive 15 and Morgan County Economic Development. Cathy currently serves on the Advisory Council for the Business department at Morgan Community College and is chair for the Tree, Parks and Recreation department for the City of Fort Morgan. In the past she has served on the Executive Board of the National Rural Development Partnership, Chair of the Colorado Rural Development Council, member of the Blue Ribbon Panel on Transportation for the State of Colorado, Committee Chair for Relay for Life and been involved in Toastmaster’s and Business and Professional Women Club.

Cash or in kind support has been given to Morgan Community College, Relay for Life, Center for the Performing Arts, Morgan Community Concert Series, Fort Morgan Museum and other organizations.
